I am trying to load Turbo Tax 2017 but it tells me that I need OS x 10.11. When I go to Apple Icon on top left I can't get this version to download
When you click on the Apple logo and then check for software update it tells you that the software you have is up to date and there is no available update?
It shows that an update 10.10 is available but not 10.11
Try to update it first to 10.10 then once the update is done try to check again if the update for 10.11 will be available. I will be standing by.
