Dear Pat, It was a pleasure helping you with your Tech/adobe issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : adobe program froze and its not opening
Solution Implemented : called cx and accessed her computer. Found out that program is running on woindows xp compatibility mode. Change the comaptibility mode to windows cista and assigned the program to run as administrator. Program is now working and opening. problem solved.
