I took this snippet of code from www.tcp-ip.com/pages/90.asp and on there they have an underscotre.. Without it I do not get an error but it still doesn't take me to the right URL. Maybe I am not understanding this right.. What I am wanting is to go to ../Reports/00800 00800 is the Office Number that is entered in the text box and is in the .mdb database. It works fine with popping up an error if they enter the wrong password but it still takes them to ../Reports/ and not the 00800 URL. This is the line of code: Response.Redirect("../reports/?myvar=" & Server.urlencode("strID")) strID is the variable for the office number that is entered in the text box. Any suggestions. Thanks..
